FAT BURNER: Hi/Low impact aerobic moves combined with a total body resistance training workout.
ACTIVE SENIORS: Low impact exercises with body strengthening component using weights great for strength, bone density and general fitness.
THT: Aerobic exercise for cardiovascular fitness combined with resistance exercises for the tummy, hips and thighs.
HI/LO: 45 mins of cardiovascular training, with a 15 min abdominal workout.
CARDIO CIRCUIT: A cardiovascular circuit combined with weights for all over body conditioning. May include boxing.
PILATES: Focuses on strengthening the core and total body. Relaxes the mind and improves flexibility, stability and posture.
YOGA: Flexibility through stretching, total mind and body relaxation and body strengthening.
CARDIO BLITZ:
Hi/Low impact aerobic excercise combined with resistance training with weights.
BOX CIRCUIT: Boxing workout combined with circuit training, great for working up a sweat!
FUNK:
A fun way to get a great workout with all the latest funk moves.
HIP HOP:
Workout with a combination of fun hip hop/jazz and funk dance routine.
BODY STEP:
Les Mills cardiovascular and strengthening workout using the latest moves on a step.
BODY PUMP:
Les Mills full body resistance training workout using free weights and bar, great for conditioning the entire body.
ABS PLUS:
30 mins. Full abdominal workout focusing on all core muscles.
KIDZ FIT:
45 mins. FREE A fun program designed for kids ages between 6 and 12. Great for developing motor skills, coordination and general fitness.

  • Unless stated all classes are 60 mins.
  • For your own safety and consideration of other members please arrive on time for all classes.
  • Water bottles and towels are mandatory for all classes.
